COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our White Ale was spiced with orange peel and ground coriander, and was fermented with a Belgian yeast strain. Belgian ales are known for their distinctive flavors, which have similarities to the German wheat beer styles. Unfiltered, 15 IBUs Czech Saaz, 4-5% Alc.

Pours a slightly hazy golden with a thin ivory head. Sweet malt aroma has firm notes of yeast and pomme fruit plus a whisper of hops. Delightful flavor starts with sweet malt and fruit, then pins on yeast, wheat, and a bit of butterscotch. Texture is fairly firm, if not too fizzy. Get witty!

Draught at beerfest 09 in Providence. Hazy golden pour with a medium white head. Aroma of yeast and coriander. Nice smooth taste with spices, faint lemongrass and other citrus present along with bread. Nice finish, slightly watery.

Hazy orange gold with small head. Yeasty aroma. Flavors of coriander, citrus, yeast. Medium bodied. I’m not a big Wit fan, but I enjoyed this about as much as any other wit.
