Commercial Description:
Our White Ale was spiced with orange peel and ground coriander, and was fermented with a Belgian yeast strain. Belgian ales are known for their distinctive flavors, which have similarities to the German wheat beer styles. Unfiltered, 15 IBUs Czech Saaz, 4-5% Alc.

ta[ at brewery. hazy golden pour with thin head. belgium yeasts, light fruit in aroma. sweet peppery. yeasts rounded our with fruit.

Off-white head atop hazy golden body. Aroma is medium sweet, orange, coriander. Taste is mild sweet, orange, seltzer, light coriander. Watery light body, light acidity.

Hazy orange gold with small head. Yeasty aroma. Flavors of coriander, citrus, yeast. Medium bodied. I’m not a big Wit fan, but I enjoyed this about as much as any other wit.
