A very Belgian style saison brewed with the tips of 3 secret flowers. Fermented with a blend of saison and Brettanomyces yeasts.

Yeasty floral saison aroma. Spicy. Peppery. Lighter in body but has enough flavor to make it pretty solid. Balanced saison. Has a pretty floral finish but the peppery spice is the dominant flavor. Pretty descent saison. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a light hazy yellow with a thick white head. Aroma of funk, herbal notes, and hay. Taste is tart, very herbal and funky. The herbal notes border on medicinal to me but this is still more than solid.

Bottle shared at Capitol Beer & Tap Room. Pours cloudy yellow with a modest off-white head and a fruity aroma. There is a mellow fruit flavor with a nice yeast presence and a dry finish.

Bottle brought back from my Denver trip. Pale hazy light yellow with a small off white head that quickly dissipated. Some citrus anf funkiness in the aroma. Sharp spiny saison and the brett gives it a interesting depth. Odd but nice.

Bottle from Belmont Station, Portland. Pours a light yet cloudy straw color, slight amount of white head. Aroma slightly doughy, with some citric/floral tang. Body lively, finish very herbal/grassy/floral. Way interesting, reminds of something Stillwater would do. It’s different, but it’s to the intent. Probably wouldn’t buy more, but an interesting experience.

Tap - lightly hazy pale straw color - nose of dandilion, lavender, honey, light pepper, jasmine tea - flavor is fairly sweet, with a fair amount of wildflower honey character - some of the jasmine tea from the nose - some dandelion - no noticeable brett, but there is some peppery spice on the tail end - finish is fairly sweet, with some heat that is hard to identify - might be alcohol, might not be - drinkable, but underwhelming.
