750mL white wax thanks to beerandblues2. Pours full haze amber, weak head. No real formation. Nose is heavy lavender, thick scoops of caramel, plastic phenols, odd chemical air freshener. Taste is heavy caramel, brown sugar block dissolved, sweet and rich dessert. Palate is very sticky for style, which I’m assuming was supposed to be saison. But because this is so far from saison in any way, someone has correctly switched this to non-saison.

Bottle courtesy of Beerandblues2, thanks - I think. Clear deep amber color, almost flat. Aroma of boozy caramel. Taste is sweet, syrupy and strong.

This was quite the interesting beer. Longtime fans of Trinity brews; tried this one on whim. Three people tested the bottle, myself and a friend (fans of strong IPAs, herbal-flavored beers and more adventurous brews) and my wife; generally a fan of lighter beers and wheat-beers.
ALL of us enjoyed the flavor. At 13% ABV we drank it chilled in a glass chalice. Predominant flavor? Sweet, slightly spicy and berry.
Not a subtle beer, but good. Reviews ranged from "an oddly enjoyable alcoholic version of the soda "Big Red" ..." - to "a berry flavored, carbonated beer" - berry and honey flavors are more predominant than any spice or chocolate flavors the beer might claim to have.
This is a fun, funky brew and probably won’t be for everybody; but it is a unique beer and easy to enjoy at least by our crowd’s taste...

Tap at Falling Rock - dark brownish amber - frothy, off-white lace - aroma of raw sugar, cocoa, roasted pumpkin, light chili pepper - flavor is cloyingly sweet - a lot of raw cane sugar flavor - cocoa, light cinnamon, zome honey - some chili heat in the finish - very sweet and one-dimensional, despite the fact that there are like, ten adjuncts in this thing - pass.
