Sour and acetic. Definitely gives you a heavy pucker on the finish. Lots of fruit with cherry and barnyard. Trinity rocks!

12.7 oz bottle shared with Pinkzambia mostly ear deep redish brown with a small thin head even when poured aggressively. Big sweet and sour aroma. Classic Flemish notes but also some red licorice rope and other fruity hints. Big very tart flavor. Dry and very low PH. More straight forward brown sour in the flavor. Very full and big and sour with lots of flavor Very tasty!

Bottle: Kind of cloudy brown with a small ring head. Aroma of sour apples and corn nuts. Perhaps, a little bit of the high desert sage brush in the aroma as well. Super sour and astringent. What I like about this is that it stands out from the rest of the sour ales by being not as sweet as most. Something a bit cardboard box in the aftertaste as well as vinegar, Holy pH balance batman! Thanks Indiana_Red for the roadtrip find!

Small bottle shared by Ferris. Brown pour, not much head. Aroma...hmmm some tartness but its somewhat metallic... Taste, sour ketchup, very little carbonation, a bit of metal, maybe it was just me, but this tasted off.

Bottle - Dirty cherry and funky. Cloudy brown with a beige head. Very tart sour cherry, balsamic vinegar and a dry dark sugar. Quite the hit, but nice.

One of the new 375 mL bottles. Mahogany color, low carbonation even with a pretty aggressive pour. Some tart cherry and wet wood on the nose, with pretty volatile acidity. Tart fruit and some funk, pretty flat, some balsamic character. Okay, but far from the best.

Salmoniform (1004) - Sweet Home, Oregon, USA - MAY 31, 2014
Poured from bottle to glass. Copper amber hue with off white head. Aroma is lactic, straw, acetic, nutty. Mouthfeel is great with a light body and high carbonation. Taste is sour throughout with a slight tannic following and CO2 sharpness through the finish. Overall this is a really nice sour.
