750 ml bottle shared by Aubrey Joe. Thanks again, Joe! 2011 vintage, bottle 1185. Barrels SB2, SB4, NBB3. Pours a flat plum-amber color with no head. Aroma has lots of fruits- berries and plums especially, with oak, funk, and balsamic. Flavor of balsamic, lemon, tart berries, oak, Sweet Tarts, and funk. Light-medium bodied, with a tart, dry mouthfeel and low carbonation. Really fruity and sour. Cool beer.

Sampled at an esbls tasting. Dark brown. No head. A soft fruit and vinegar aroma. There is also vinegar that is tasted. The fruit is nice and there is some sour funk. Decent.

750ml bottle. Dark mahogany with absolutely no head. Tart, dry, bit of balsamic vinegar, some sour strawberry. Low carbonation, moderate body, sour and tart, becomes dry, hint of sweetness (more sweet after first opening but once it warms up and opens its much better), acidic, bit of raisin. Definitely worth trying but a little one dimensional.
