RCL (855), Boston, Massachusetts, USA Apr 23, 2008 Pretty underwhelming. Looks great, good mouthfeel, but the flavor just isn’t there. Flat hop bitterness, with a bitter finish. Sorry, traders, these are already packed!
GriffinAvenue (348), South Boston, Massachusetts, USA Apr 21, 2008 Bottle. copper coloring. 1" head, lacey. Fruity, citrusy, blueberry, buttery, hoppy. Wet and dry finish. not much flavoring. Eh. popdoggy (94), USA Apr 20, 2008 The beer that this place is famous for. Not a horrible beer, but a real let down.
hops were present, but barely noticable, mouthfeel was way to sticky.
I couldnt smell the beer at all. Some of the staff were really nice, one guy was a total prick.... don’t know if it was cuz i was out of town or what... RomanW70 (177), Providence, Rhode Island, USA Mar 18, 2008 Draught at a restaurant. Pours golden amber. Aroma of citrus, pine, and sweet malts. Taste malts through piney hops to a bitter finish. Decent IPA. golubj (856), New York, New York, USA Feb 16, 2008 Draft at the brewpub. Gold / amber pour. Aroma was a little citrus hops and dry-hopping grassyness. The flavor was the same, but the dry-hopped metallic flavor dominated. Similar to other low-quality IPAs. Not something that I enjoyed.
