12 oz waxed bottle pour. Pours a hazy yellow color. Not much head, though this beer exploded out of the bottle. Sour lemon aroma. Sour lemon fruit flavor with some straw like flavor and a bit of popcorn kernel. Very interesting beer. Very sour, which I love. Great beer.

375 ml bottle to teku (shared with the Mrs.). Looks good; a hazy gold with white head. Smells good too; tart and bretty with a soft lacto presence alongside some citrus zest. Tastes like it smells with a pleasantly tart mouthfeel. An extremely refreshing and sessionable (if not for the price tag) sour thatís light, but has some complexity to it nonetheless.

Bottle. Pours shimmering champagne color with lots of carbonation and thin white top. Notes are lemon skin, light horse blanket, fake wet wood, lactic acid and grapefruit zest. Pretty nice all things considered. Surely no cantillon, lacks a lot of depth and complexity in the mouth and finish. Could still drink a couple of these a week but itís fake assthhh geuze yo
