8 oz. on tap at Freshcraft. Lightly hazy and golden with a ring and a few spots of foam. Mild nose of caramel apple and a touch of funky yeast. Taste is the same. Light-medium body has medium carbonation and a good balance.

Pour out of bottle, hazy golden pour with white head, aroma brought notes of funk, earth, orange peel, some yeast into a bit of lacto, bread, biscuit, hints of slight acetic, touch of spice. Taste was a mix of funk, earth, into a bit of orange, slight acetic into a bit of fruit, finishing slightly tart, slightly dry.

Interesting blue cheesy bile vomit nose. Lemon too. Hazy yellow orange pour nice lasting head. Flavors of tangy lacto lemon soft funk. Bright and acidic. Flavor better than nose. A more bright carbonation might help the finish. Not a bad beer.

Bottle sample at the Trinity tasting at Blacklick Wine & Spirits on 4/9/15. Clear yellow pour with a thick white head. Aroma of funk, pepper, almost sesame and sour lemon. Malty flavor with tart lemon accents before a funky and sour finish.

Tap at Toronado Seattle.

Pours a somewhat hazy light yellow into a large snifter. Lacto-vomit super-funky aroma, as if someone left a wheel of Camembert sitting in the sun for three days and then Rob Ford wiped his sweaty ass crack with it. Yeah, pretty hard core. But beneath that is quite a pleasant sour. Tart and vinegary, initially bracing but easy to acclimate to, relatively simple and in the end relatively enjoyable.

12.7 ounce (375 ml) wax capped bottle. Served in a chalice, the beer pours a hazy gold color with about an inch white head. Head retention was good, and thereís a decent amount of lacing. The aroma is nice, it smells like green apples, tart citrus, funk, and vinegar. It tastes like tart citrus (mostly lemon), funk, green apples, wheat/grainy malt, vinegar, apricots and some mineral/earthiness. Itís tart and refreshing! Mouthfeel/body is medium, itís a little bit slick with moderate carbonation. I thought this was a good brew, itís nice and tart for sure! Nice to see the Trinity brews in Ohio, and I canít wait to try the other Trinity ones Iíve bought! $6.49 a bottle.

UPDATED: MAR 28, 2015 64oz growler from Growl in Clintonville for $22. Murky yellow pour with no head. Aroma of funky brett, citrus, maybe a little wheat. Tastes are acidic, lemony citrus, funk, grain, vinegar, little oak, little cheese, more lemon. Solid pucker sour. Too expensive in the bottles, but reasonable on tap.

Warning, my bottle was a gusher. Pours a faint yellow with a small bubbly head that disappears fast. Aroma is light and funky, slight acid. Flavors is very clean and tart with lots of lemon, with a medium dry finish. Very nice sour, not sure why this has a lower score.
