375 ml bottle from Cappy’s. Gusher upon opening. Pours a hazy golden color with a medium sized off off white head that disappeared quickly. The aroma and flavor have tart/sour citrus, hay, some acidity, the lacto shows more than the Brett, mild funk, very drinkable sour.

Light golden body, strong head smelling of barnyard. Light in body but strong in taste. Get a bit of orange perhaps with a lasting barnyard taste. Sharp, dry finish. Overall decent sour.

Bottle pours a murky pale yellow with a medium white head. Aroma of fruity sweetness, mild wet dog, and Brett. Tart and sour upfront, white pepper, wheat, mellowing into lacto and a slightly mineral finish. Really nice flavors!

Pours yellow with a slight haze and no head. Aroma is tart and citrusy. Flavor is crisp and tart with a very dry finish and a tingly finish on the palate. Good and tart without being overly sour. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle that I took to Andy’s for sour beer and board game Saturday. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Soft musk on the nose, a touch of funk. Medium bodied, soft acid, funk, and a touch of tanginess. Funky and musky, long funk with a touch of caramel in the finish.

Hazy, pale yellow, with white head that quickly dissipates. Acidic aroma, tart and fruity. Taste is similar with a touch of brett funk. Pretty good.

Clear golden-yellow body, thin white head, not much lacing. Aggressive lactic notes, light crackery malt, some cobwebby basement that is in the nose but gets drowned out in the flavor, light oxidization in the finish. Medium to light bodied, moderate carbonation, aggressive acidity, sharp finish.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours hazy white gold with a fizzy bright white head. Tastes like tart lemon, pear, sour apple, cracker malt, and light yeast. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like tart lemon, pear, cracker and bready malt, and sour apple.
