Dec 31, 2007 Tap- Smells like a normal american macro pale larger with a hint of hop and maybe apple scent. Light apple juice color. Tastes crafy wheat/ hop home made taste. Light and a little fizzy in a negative way. Couldn’t compare it to anything else.

Sep 14, 2007 On tap at the Trinity Brew Pub. Poured a lighter yellow color wtih a smaller sized white head. Aromas and tastes of lighter fruitiness, and had a gerneric hoppiness to it.

Mar 9, 2003 On tap at the pub, 3/7/03. No head, very light apple juice appearance, followed by a light sour-apple aroma. Sweet/sour fruity (apples & pears) flavor, intensely hoppy and extremely dry and champagne-like finish. This may well be an excellent kolsch, it seems well-made, but I just can't get into this style yet, sorry.
