Tap at brewery. Opaque light gold with a thin white head. Nose of sweet coriander, maybe some fruity peach or pair tones as well. Wheaty and slightly spicy yeast on the nose. Taste was clean and yeasty, kinda a little too light ion body. Had some wheat and coriander like it’s supposed to, with just a little bit of spicy biscuity yeast...however, it kinda tastes like it was brewed with a textbook.

Hazey golden-white color with whisps of white head. Spiced aroma. Nice, light white, a bit heavy on the spices for my taste.

Hazy very cloudy yellow color with almost a green hinge. Aroma is light with sour lemon and a little cardimom as well. Smooth yet slightly crisp body with grapefruit and citrus notes.

Very hazy yellow. Aroma of lemons, spices and light wheat notes. Nice zippy lemon flavor, light yeast and orange finish. Damn good.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours a very hazy light golden bananan color with a one finger foam white head that quickly settles into a lasting ring. Minimal spots of lace left behind. Swet citrus aroma with subtle spice. Slightly funky/earthy with hints of lemon, pepper, farmhouse funk, coriander, flower petal, bready yeast and banana. Medium bodied with a very spicy presence up front that lingers throughout. Lots of lemon zest and pepper. Slightly earthy/funky not as much as the aroma suggests. Lots of spice and the bready yeasts add fullness to the palate. Good balance of spice, fruit and alcohol.

tap at trinity. Quite a nice rendition of a wit, pale yellow gradient pour with small white head. Nose is slightly tart, with yeasty banana aromas, lemon, and sweet, spiced wheat. Medium bodied, smooth, nice feel. Slightly tart wheat, with clove, a soft fruitiness characterize the flavor. Pretty nice I gotta admit.

(Draught during GABF week at the brewpub) Ruddy white gold in color with a ring of fine white bubbles. Nose of honey, rose water and spices. Taste of honey, tart, mild vinegar notes, very limey, good and unique with some cinnamon creeping in as well. Very lemony! Crisp lemony linger, spicy. This is a great witbier!

On tap @ Trinity. Hazy light yellow appearance with a white head. Yeast, wheat, lemon, and light clove and banana in the nose. Citrusy, light bodied witbier that’s pretty yeasty. Yeasty, lemony finish.
