COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is a cure-all...it has everything! A smooth taste, a floral aroma -- both a perfect balance of fine German malts and fresh hops.

Pours a slightly hazy copper with a thin eggshell head. Malty aroma has a note of cinnamon. Flavor is mainly malty with hints of caramel and cinnamon. Mouthfeel does leave a little to be desired, tho. Well, a good and worthy brewski nonetheless.

On tap at Trinity. Pours a ruby hued amber brown with a thin white head. Nutty toast and malt, sweet and nutty. Malt, toast, earthy but that same odd sweetness that showed up in the light lager is here as well. Long bitterness and burnt toast on the finish.

Draft @ the Brewpub. Deep copper color with thin white head. Light lace. Strange grain and malt nose. Nice flavor of malt, sugar and mild hops. A nice blend of flavors. Nothing that will blow you off your chair but... very well made.

Draught at the BrewPub: Faint aroma of malt. Poured orange in color with a small, creamy, dense, off-white head that lasted throughout. Hazy. Not sparkling. Flavor is medium sweet. Tastes of malt, grain, slight bread, and slight hops. Light to medium body. Average texture. Average carbonation. Malt and slight hop finish.

Part of a sampler at brewpub. Rating this from memory because it has been awhile since I was there but tried several of the Trinity offerings over the course of a couple of visits where I ordered sampler flights each time. Overall impression was that they made a decent brew in each of the styles they offeredbut nothing overly spectacular in any of them.
