Pours golden yellow with small white head. Aroma is wonderful, very fruity, light lemon, more towards the tangerine, notes from the rose petals, sweet, trace vanilla, and something else I canít quite put my finger on, love the aroma in this brew. Taste is great as well, but not quite as good as the aroma, the taste is a bit hard to describe, citrus zest from the lemon and tangerine, light tartness and acidity, vanilla and oak underneath, sweet then a semi dry finish. Very good.

375 ml wax capped bottle, no dating on it that I can find. Served in a Unibroue tulip, the beer pours a hazy straw gold color with about an inch white head. Head retention is good, and thereís a small amount of lacing. The brew smells like lemon peel, floralness/rose petals, wheat/grainy malt, and some tropical fruit and funk. I think the taste is mostly like the aroma, but thereís also some tangerine noticeable. Itís fruity, funky and a bit tart, and also gets better the longer I drink it. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, itís easy to drink with moderate carbonation. With Trinity, you know youíre going to get an interesting beer! I liked this one, itís enjoyable and easy to drink. $8.49 a bottle.

Pours a hazy yellow straw color with fine foam head. The aroma has a barnyard scent with light citrus lemon fruit. I noticed yeast notes, oak, and a soft peppercorn spice in the aroma too. Tasting, I noticed mild acidity, some lemon tart flavor, and a crisp malt backbone with some sweetness from the grains. The finish is rather nice and this brew had a light body making it very drinkable. Overall it was not what I expected. When I think of a sour ale I think of a more acidic and intrusive beverage. This brew on the other hand is a toned down sour ale. For me the tps report is more of a pleasant sour ale that can be enjoyed in the summer months, it is very refreshing.

Clean sharp straw gold with two fingers of foamy white head. Light tropical fruits and fruit skins with some funk and a touch of acidity. Light bodied. Very refreshing.

Nice aroma of Rose hips and a slight lactic sour/ tartness and barnyard funk. Taste is more funky and there is not much lactic sour at all. Earthy and lemony and funky with rose hips are the primary flavors. Has a nice wit beer backing but the barnyard funkiness is a bit much for me. Not the best Trinity beer, especially for a sour. Could be a refreshing summer beer, but not for the price. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle in Seattle. Hazy lemon yellow, small white head. Hazy yeast aroma, some dry brett, a little lemon sour. Juicy, round body, a little waxy. Flabby as they say. Round, sweet and drying finish. Nothing special.

375, capped and waxed. Pours a murky pale yellow with virtually no head, lace, or legs. Mild nose of lemon and grass. Flabby, watery body, nearly flat. Light lemon and banana notes on the mid palate. Neutral finish. Not much is happening here unfortunately.
