3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
"This one has lots of potential but falls a little short at the end. Murky straw color, wonderful bretty barnyard aroma. Bright and vibrant. Flavor is adequately sour and dry, and very citric, but the watery flat feel makes the flavor taper off drastically in the finish. "

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle, thanks to Jeremy. Pours cloudy yellow/pear juice. Aroma is very floral -- rose water and oranges again, a nice complement to la bretteuse, but bigger in the flowers. Taste: bretty; floral, surprisingly sweet for a brett-forward beer. Body is medium+, surprisingly velvety for a brett beer. Not sure I could crush this, but pretty impressive for a 4.8% brett beer -- I will keep an eye on these.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured a hazy straw color with a thin dissipating head. Aroma is super funky, with a barnyard, citrus and cheese. This seemed better a couple months ago. Taste was lemon zest forward but a bit thin on the back end. Should not have saved this. Drink fresh.
