Little funky fruity. Tastes awful. Funky. Hmm. Not good. Funky herb brett. Not for me.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle., bottle number 242 dated 04/13. Aroma has some nice peppercorn and phenolic noes with some light citrus notes. Light malt notes. Pours a cloudy pale, yellow gold with a thin white head that recedes to the edges and lingers Faint lacing and small legs. Flavor has some light malt notes. Moderate citrus notes with some light phenolics. Light malt character. Low bitterness. Moderate tropical fruit notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, another nice beer from Trinity. Nice yeast notes with a lot of tropical fruit and citrus. Well baalnced phenolic notes.

"This one has lots of potential but falls a little short at the end. Murky straw color, wonderful bretty barnyard aroma. Bright and vibrant. Flavor is adequately sour and dry, and very citric, but the watery flat feel makes the flavor taper off drastically in the finish. "

White grapefruit juice pour. Lemon, vomit, rose, and leather. Flavor of rose water, some bread. Very soft on the tongue.

Bottle, thanks to Jeremy. Pours cloudy yellow/pear juice. Aroma is very floral -- rose water and oranges again, a nice complement to la bretteuse, but bigger in the flowers. Taste: bretty; floral, surprisingly sweet for a brett-forward beer. Body is medium+, surprisingly velvety for a brett beer. Not sure I could crush this, but pretty impressive for a 4.8% brett beer -- I will keep an eye on these.

Poured a hazy straw color with a thin dissipating head. Aroma is super funky, with a barnyard, citrus and cheese. This seemed better a couple months ago. Taste was lemon zest forward but a bit thin on the back end. Should not have saved this. Drink fresh.

Bottle...with an awesome label! Pours out like carbonated urine....aroma is of tart lemon, some funky notes, light plastic Brett. Taste is of lemon, tart fruit, basement, funky tartness, earthy grape, lightly watery but that comes with the lower ABV territory. Some lingering basement and more tart fruity funk in there.

Tasty and pleasant beer. Mouthfeel is soft up front; tingling toward the finish. Slightly chewy, but otherwise light and fluffy on the tongue. Bright esters of lemon, hay, spices and a bit of barnyard. Really nice mix. Grainy malt flavors. Nice amount of sourness. Light finish.

Poured from bottle to glass. Straw hue with white head. Aroma is lemon, pineapple, papaya, melon, straw, lactic. Mouthfeel is nice with a medium light body and great carbonation. Taste is dry sweetness throughout with a zesty floral tartness in the finish. Overall this is a great brew.
