From notes. Tasted on 1/27/13 from a waxed and capped 750mL bottle purchased online upon release, shared with Curtis and the Nashville crew. Pours hazy light yellow with an average white head that leaves thin lace. The nose is funky yeast, a popcorn oak aroma, lactic tartness, and tons of citrus peel. The flavor is not super sour, but very tart with the same huge funk, popcorn oak, and a creamy lactic note. The body is light with average carbonation and a long tart, oaky, and citrus peel finish.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow pour with light white head. Aroma is sour acidic funk, citrus, very acidic smelling, a bit of nail polish. Taste is sour funk, followed by a citrus burst, finish is acidic with a bit of nail polish, mouthfeel is thin, carbonation is medium. A bit acidic for my liking.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle., bottle number 242 dated 04/13. Aroma has some nice peppercorn and phenolic noes with some light citrus notes. Light malt notes. Pours a cloudy pale, yellow gold with a thin white head that recedes to the edges and lingers Faint lacing and small legs. Flavor has some light malt notes. Moderate citrus notes with some light phenolics. Light malt character. Low bitterness. Moderate tropical fruit notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, another nice beer from Trinity. Nice yeast notes with a lot of tropical fruit and citrus. Well baalnced phenolic notes.
