Pours a fairly clear golden with lots of carbonation. Some grain on the nose...sweetness and a bit of booziness on the palate. All of flavors work together very well. Excellent beer.

Hazy yellow, big white head. Yeasty taste with some citrusfruits and a little sweetness. Soapy texture, good carbonation. Nice tripel.

Tap @ 5p. Clear, golden with a slight head. Orange peel, malts, citrus liquor, flowers on the nose. Complex taste, like nose but with a floral note. Strange, a bit perfumy. Excellent tripel. Not too sharp, a bit sweet even.

Increible. La mejor de su estilo.

Slightly hazy pale yellow with copious white head. Baked banana bread, floral citrus, yeast, light booze. Rounded malt sweetness, nectar, banana, dough and ending with bold, but not overpowering citrus and light acidity. Absolutely no alcohol flavor. Ultra-smooth and silky from the oats. Some residual sweetness, lightly dry. World class.

Just a hint of hops and perfect full body taste. Nice creaminess which is what I like in a Tripel.

UPDATED: FEB 9, 2012 (33cl bottle from Ma Poule @ Torvehallerne) Pours a richly carbonated, clear golden with frothy, white head. Good lace and retention. Aroma is pleasantly complex - malty with green, fruity notes and other hints of yeast. No detectable hop in the aroma. Oily texture, full body, almost sparkling with an astringent and alcohol smooth finish. Complex taste with tart as well as caramel impressions, notes of apple and only a little bitterness on the closing end. I didn’t really find a tripel I appreciated before this one, which is very pleasant and definitely merits further study.
