Jul 18, 2009 Bottle. This is a hazy golden colour in a wine glass with a thin white head. There is subtle grain in the aroma with vanilla, honey. The flavour has more grain, some fruit: apricot, melon, spices. The alcohol is well masked.

Jul 17, 2009 Bottle. Pours golden yellow coloured with a lasting huge foamy egg white head. Beautiful lacings. Floral aroma with notes of malt, spice, orange fruit and hops. Sweet and fruity flavour with notes of peaches, oranges, pale malt, cereal, yeast and hops.

Jul 17, 2009 Holy crap! This poured, from the little 330 ml bottle, an explosive HUGE foamy light tan head. It had to be the biggest I’ve ever seen, but it eventually faded away to almost nothing. The aroma was mostly fruity with some floral undertones, and the colour was a cloudy medium gold. The taste was again fruity with some caramel lurking in the background. A truly marvelous beer.

Jul 12, 2009 Bottle 33 cl. Apperance; Light golden, hazy with a small sparkling head. Aroma; hoopy, caramel and a bit sour. Flavor; light hoppy, and a sweet caramel taste. Lots of sparkling and taste, very good!

Jul 11, 2009 Bottle at Six Acres. Nice aroma that I can’t describe. This is a really sweet beer. Slight taste of brown sugar & spices.Fruity. Nice malt taste. Not too hoppy. For an 8.4%, the alcohol is masked very well.

Jul 6, 2009 Pours golden with decent head that disappears fast. The aroma is very peachy, & floral scents. Taste is floral with light fruit taste. Seems a little light & thin for the amount of alcohol, which is a good thing. In fact the alcohol is very well hidden.

Jul 2, 2009 Traditionnelle tripel de haute qualité. Très bien balancée et raffraichissante. Offre de meilleures saveurs lorsque pas trop froide, on peut alors plus facilement percevoir les notes de fruits (poires) et de houblon.

Jul 1, 2009 Pours clear golden color with a small foamy white head. Aroma of sweet vanilla, clove, slightly rubbery banana, and a lemony citrus. The taste is unbelievably smooth. The clove sweetness comes through huge with a nice bitterness to balance. A subdued fruitiness to it. Not really clear what fruit, but kind of artificially. A great balance to it. Lacking in carbonation, but very quality body. A spicy semi-dry finish.
