Flavor is slightly acidic, with notes of berry and citrus to provide a great balance. Also some subtle hints of hops. Quite carbonated in the mouthfeel. teamrassas (26), USA

Overall Impression:
Really nice, drinkable beer. Fruity and sweet, but not overly so, definitely enjoyed this one, As far as flavors go, its not the most complex Tripel out there, but definately enjoyable. bearlybrewed (33), Colorado, USA

Absolutely wonderful nose of coriander, bready malts, lemon notes, flowers, hops and more. Light thin body, rich with flavors of coriander and orange/lemon peel. Was very citrusy and loved the spice finish. Bready malts and citric flavors are prevalent. Wonderful brew. spatocks (1), , New Jersey, USA does not count | 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Mar 31, 2009 Had on tap at Delirium cafe in Brussels, Belgium. Drinken from Karmeliet glass whose tulip shape seemed to hold on to the head for longer than expected and result in moderate to heavy lacing.
Beer had a beautiful golden brown color and gave up hints of wheat and barley. Upon tasting, the most noticeable characteristic is the sweetness, which is quite strong for a tripel, but pleasant nonetheless. The beer tastes of light honey, minor nut, and some vanilla.
The beer lingers for quite some time and leaves a sweet coating on the tongue and light floral or clove tastes in the back of the throat.
An overall very good beer, probably best drinken on the colder side to prevent unintended similarities with weaker meads. PJClarke (620), London, Greater London, England

Banana, yeast, melon, petrol and booze aromas.
Orange, carrot, melon, mango and other tropical fruits with sweet malts and slightly sour/bitter finish.
Smooth and easy.
Deep and complex for its colour.
I drank this alongside a Gruyere and Parmesan souffle. It was lovely with the rich cheesiness and it’s caramel flavours and sour notes played well with and slightly bitter cheeses. Parket (241), Bruges, Belgium
