milljam (562), Norman, Oklahoma, USA Mar 10, 2009 Great Tripel. Nice fruity aroma of berry and yeast. Flavor is slightly acidic, with notes of berry and citrus to provide a great balance. Also some subtle hints of hops. Quite carbonated in the mouthfeel. Petrucci914 (574), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA Mar 8, 2009 Thanks for giving me a taste, bro. Pours a crisp golden color with a large soapy head. Aroma is floral, citrus, honey, and some spicy yeast. Taste is much the same. Very well balanced with some smooth bitterness, and an abundance of citrus, floral, and spicy tastes.
