Had it on tap at Rattle n Hum in NYC. Strikes me as "tripel light" - I am surprised to read other RBers’ ratings! Probably the most "reserved", lightly flavoured tripel I’ve ever had.. which is not a good thing in my opinion. Would definitely drink again, but wish there was just more there.

Pours blonde with an overflowing head. Aroma was a let-down; very dull and vague. Flavor is quite tasty, of apricot, bread, and a lot of spice, coriander. Overall, very good, although perhaps a little overrated.

330 ml bottle from a trade with hobbersr. pours clear golden with a steady white head. aromas of floral fruit, hops, light yeat notes. the flavour onthis one is so layered and subtle. its very well put together and almost perfect for the style. more hops and a bigger nose would make this my fav triple. top notch stuff, thx Riley!!

33cl bottle. Lemony yellow, firm foamy head leaving tight lacing. Nicely wheaty aroma, soapiness, interesing minty spices and citric fruits. Smooth wheaty flavor, spices, grainy malts, white pepper and hint of alcohol. Strongly carbonated, refreshing lively palate. Probably my favourite Tripel so far, love those witbier notes.

Beautiful, clean and dry finish. The flavor is subtle, but there is a lot going on here. Sets a new standard for belgian tripels.

Great Tripel. Nice fruity aroma of berry and yeast. Flavor is slightly acidic, with notes of berry and citrus to provide a great balance. Also some subtle hints of hops. Quite carbonated in the mouthfeel.

Thanks for giving me a taste, bro. Pours a crisp golden color with a large soapy head. Aroma is floral, citrus, honey, and some spicy yeast. Taste is much the same. Very well balanced with some smooth bitterness, and an abundance of citrus, floral, and spicy tastes.
