Classic tripel pour: big bubbles, soapy, bubble bath style head. Color is dark gold. Pours thick and then descends a bit. Aroma is warmth, alcohol, funk, fruit, sweet. Palate has plenty of bounce; very bubbly. Alcohol flavor is present, but in a good way--adds depth, actually. If you had to pick a beer to define the style, this is a great candidate.

Pours a light yellow with a huge fluffy white head. Lots of carbonation in this one.Aroma is a light clove spice. Very light taste throughout, finish is very sweet with a fruity sticky finish. Alcohol is very well hidden. Would drink again.

Clear light yellow tone, with a pretty big nose. Spicy peppery apricot aroma, with some coriander, and a hint of banana. Taste was just as peppery and coriander forward. Light banana on the dry finish. Dry citrus rind with some crisp light "tripel" malts. Tasty, but a bit too dry and Belgo-spicy. Still a great Tripel.

Pours a slightly cloudy yellow on tap at the map room. Fruity banana aroma. Foamy texture and nice finish. Sour encore.

A pale golden color. Nose is full of nectar, clove, and spice. Medium body with lingering malt sweetness and alcohol.

Draft @ Sunset Grill and Tap, Alston, MA. Served in a Trappist glass. Nearly see through light gold color. Small thin head with light lacing. Taste is a light, smooth subtle Belgian spice. Belgian yeast and lots of floral notes. As it warms , you get a boat load of perfume and floral notes. The ABV is well hidden and can creep up on you if you are not careful. A solid Tripel. And something tells me it would be real different in a bottle. Well worth the money.
