C’est une très bonne bière avec des bulles assez fine qui roulent en bouche, elle a une très belle couleurs et un goût bien équilibré.

Tap at Bier Stein. Clear and bubbly golden pour with a massive cap of white foam. Smells of cinnamon, pepper, coriander, some light bread. Quite complex and well melded aroma. Taste of grain, pepper, wheat, light oat, lemons and maybe a little dried fruit. Tasty beer, would drink again.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy, sparkling, yellow with a white fizzy head that turns into a rim. Notes of peat, spices, barnyard and spicy Belgian yeast on the nose. Sweet, light alcoholic and bitter with more of the spicy notes coming through. Dry mouth. Medium body. Lively carbonation.

11.2oz bottle in a Tripel Karmeliet glass. Pours golden with a thick, lingering, off-white head. Aroma strong of the different types of grains, Belgian spiciness, and floral hops. The grains in this beer give it a pretty complex flavor with the hops and some light fruit notes balancing it out. A really good beer.

Bottle... Poured hazy golden with a thick white head. Nose had some hop spice and yeast funk going on. Lots of carbonation, slightly dry with earthy spices, cinnamon, orange peel, hop bitterness, and a creamy malt balance. Finished clean, short, and refreshing.
