Dark golden in color. A bit cludy, very fizzy. Pretty malty, somewhat sweet and strong tasting. Somewhat overcarbonated.

Poured clear and golden with excellent white head. Smell of oats, cereals, and honey. Taste was sweet, with a bit of a bitter finish, cereal, herbs, and a nice fruitiness. Slightly oily on the palate, nice carbonation! Beautiful tripel, well balanced.

This was a golden orange with a nice white head and lacing on the glass(bought the glass too, very nice). This has a good clean crisp flavor with fruits and malts and yeast on the end helping the beer be smooth. The alcohol content seems to work perfectly with the taste and neither overwhelm the other. This is as good as some of the trappist beers.
