corked 750: Pours a clear gold colour with a massive pillowy white head that fades pretty quickly. Aroma is sweet malt, light honey, lemon and some green apple and grassy tones as well. Flavour was initially quite crisp and fruity, malty sweet. Light peppery spice to it. Some grassy bitterness in the finish. Very tasty and very drinkable.

Huge gusher - about a quarter of the beer. Pours hazy light orange with a massive but fading white heat that is somewhat lacy. Toffee, fruit and spice nose. Medium body and carbonation.

On tap. Pours a slightly cloudy golden yellow with white head. Sweet malts, candy sugar, banana, lemon zest, spice, clove, and bits of pepper and bread. Mostly sweet and fruity. Very nice, quite good.

Bottle, pours hazy gold with a medium white head. Aroma is malty with some sugar notes. Light hop aromas round it out well. Taste is slightly sweet with a lemony bitter/sour flavor that ends dry. Strong and excellent tripel.

Rating #1000. I finally tried this beer. Golden pour, big fuzzy head. Aromas of malt, yeast, fruit, honey and spices. Flavor is crisp, frutiy, yeasty, and pretty damn delicious. Was even more fun to drink it out of the cool as hell TK glass. beer god? Hardly. Beer lover? Hell yeah baby!!!

Enjoyed at Dressels Pub. What a good beer! Pours a clear florescent orange with a small but lasting light head. Amazing lacing, more like window shades in that it covers the glass all the way down as it was emptied. Aroma was so nice. Lots of spices particularly clove. It was also very crisp. Clove also lead the flavor along with fruit, pepper, yeast, and spices. There was a distinct dry flavor that I couldn’t put my finger on. Plenty of alcohol, too. A delicious and amazingly well crafted beer. This is not a ’’big’’ beer and not an imperial but it is just amazingly good.
