doubleo (1096), San Diego, California, USA Nov 1, 2008 On-tap at Stone. Awesome brew.Pours clear, golden yellow with a thin, fizzy white head. Smells sweet malty, slightly floral with some honey. Tastes of honey and light sweet malts, slight alcohol zing on the finish. Some coriander and citrus spice on the finish as well. Medium body, good carbonation. bchlala (42), Denmark Nov 1, 2008 I tasted this beer before I got my account with ratebeer, so I can’t really remember all the flavors. FunkyBrewster (437), Chicago, Illinois, USA Oct 26, 2008 Pours a light and slightly hazy golden yellow with a big billowy white head. Aroma is very grassy and floral with a nice bit of light citrus fruitiness. Lots of wheat and malty. Flavor starts out with some sweet and candy like sugar. Also a lot of coriander and spices that stay through the finish. Finishes a bit bready with wheat and floral but a bit of alcohol as well. Medium body and lively carbonation. Very nicely balanced abbey ale that is smooth from start to finish finol (475), Nacka (Stockholm), Sweden Oct 26, 2008 Bottled served in original glas @ Akkurat.
It is brewed with three kinds of grains, in my oppinion the wheat dominates he flavour.
