Pours a clear gold colour with a massive pillowy white head that fades pretty quickly.
Aroma is sweet malt, light honey, lemon and some green apple and grassy tones as well.
Flavour was initially quite crisp and fruity, malty sweet. Light peppery spice to it. Some grassy bitterness in the finish.
Very tasty and very drinkable. bitbucket (2030), Kirkland, Washington, USA

Robe dorée, très peu de mousse (un peu décevant pour le style). Belle rondeur en bouche, la levure épicée accompagne un malt légèrement sucré. Finale légèrement amère de houblon européen. Une bonne triple classique. JohnnyJ (1309), Carlsbad, California, USA

Pours a clear florescent orange with a small but lasting light head. Amazing lacing, more like window shades in that it covers the glass all the way down as it was emptied. Aroma was so nice. Lots of spices particularly clove. It was also very crisp. Clove also lead the flavor along with fruit, pepper, yeast, and spices. There was a distinct dry flavor that I couldn’t put my finger on. Plenty of alcohol, too. A delicious and amazingly well crafted beer. This is not a ’’big’’ beer and not an imperial but it is just amazingly good.
