Bottle, Rehills, Ncl. Sweet, malty and wheaty. Pale and lively, with a foaming white head, a fine lively beer. The aroma is fresh and flowery, banana sweet, but balanced, with a bitter tingle on the back of the throat. Pineapple cubes and a sweet, sugary finish, the alcohol hides well amongst the myriad flavours. A cracker...

330ml Bottle. Pours a yellow to golden clear color with fizzy, medium head. Aroma is citrus, particularly lemon, with some hints of spice. Taste is heavy on the lemony citrus flavor with some hints of clove and grassy hops. Bitterness is very mild and only evident in the finishing.

Bottle. Pours a light fizzy white head that leaves some lacing on the glass. Nice golden color, but more clear than most tripels (possibly more filtered). Cereal grains and lemongrass in the nose. Semisweet with a slight sourness balanced well with a slightly astringent crisp finish.

bottle. Pours a yellow/light orange color thats very light. Taste is almost like a saison but the booze makes it more of a tripel. Lemon, citrus and honey. Delicious

Good beer with nice thick white head. Clear golden yellow color. Champagne mouthfeel because of carbonic acid. Taste is good with a little vanilla?

A thing of beauty. Pours honey-colored with a thick champagne head. Nose is full of yeasty pilsner notes. Light on the tongue with lemon zest, raw dough, and faint spice notes with cinnamon and cloves. Well balanced, resfreshing, yet bold. Heavenly.

Absolutely loved this beer. There is a traditional light complexity on the nose and the palate that is absent in the world of bland belgians/belgian style on both sides of the ocean. Spices and fruits on the nose, nice tartness on the palate, very highly recommended

Pours a bright gold with lively carbonation; Big foamy head. Sour citrusy aroma; lemon. Taste is fruity, citrusy, and yeasty. Has a decent malt backbone. Actually gets more malty and less sour as it warms. Somewhat of a soapy aftertaste. I like it, don’t love it.
