Una grande tripel, sembra di bere uno champagne con un perlage dato dalla rifermentazione in bottiglia. La mia triple preferita

33 cL bottle from Beers of Europe, poured into a Karmeliet glass. Looks like a proper beer, with a good presentable head and great amber colour. The aroma is zesty and enticing. Its a smooth as anything, an ultrasmooth rocket fuel! Beautifully rich and sweet.

UPDATED: JAN 9, 2011 Aroma: Citrus and floral hop notes with hints of banana. Appearance: Cloudy orange-gold with a thick white head which dissipated much too quickly. Taste: Heavy sweetness, with a surprising light saltiness at the finish. Palate: Medium to full body, with a creamy, almost sticky, texture, fizzy carbonation and a long finish. Overall: This is certainly an exceptional beer, with a lot to praise. Not my absolute favorite, because I found it a tad too sweet, but definitely a keeper. Everyone should try a bottle of this at least once.

UPDATED: AUG 23, 2011 Pours with a big white head. Body is cloudy and amber in colour. Aroma is citrusy, and resembles a floral perfume. Very smooth texture, amazing sweet flavour, can notice the yeast, very good and lasting aftertaste. A flawless masterpiece. (10/5/10/5/20) Beautiful hazy golden colour with a big creamy head. Amazing floral and yeasty aroma with lemon, orange, honey and spices. Full body, incredibly easy drinking. Excellent sweet spicy flavour.

Pours a hazy golden with a white a white head. Aroma is belgian yeast, bread, toast, citrus and orange. You get the same stuff in the taste along with some caramel malts and some hops. A pretty dry mouthfeel overall.

TOP - cerveja especial. Aroma excelente, frutado e com traços de alcool. Coloração alaranjada e espuma ambar cremosa e de boa formação. Forte. Frutada. Bastante complexa. Traços de alcool bem ancaixado. Densa e cremosa. Bebi no ano novo de 2011.

The sweetest beer I ever loved. I still marvel at the way fruit sugar is suspended airily in the lively carbonation and evaporates upon swallowing, making for the dry finish leaving the palate totally clean for the next sip. This was my first tripel, and still by far my favorite after half a dozen others.

Pours a straw yellow color with no head. Aroma of vinegar and yeast. Sweet flavor with bread and some fruit and yeast. Quite disappointing.
