Tasted from 330mL bottle at Lush West Town. Pours clear yellow with a massive white head that slowly settles into fluffy lace. The nose is full of spicy yeast with lots of black licorice and a dry malt aroma. The flavor starts off with the sweet malts and then moves onto a whole bunch of black licorice and bready yeast. The body is medium plus and very sticky with lively carbonation and a long black licorice finish.

Pours clear (after half glass pored the yeast sediment to get that taste as well) golden with fluffy white head leaving very nice lacing on the glass. Carbonation is intense with plenty of small champagne like bubbles in the glass. Aroma is intense of sweet malts, alcohol, hops, fresh hay and yeast. Crispy sweet mouthfeel. Flavor is sweet malty and hoppy, citric, acidy sour. Very refreshing. Acidy crisp sour palate. Sour hoppy bitter, slightly sweet short lived finish.

The beer of Gods (= my flatmate and I at least !). Aromas of white flowers, spices and malts. The most noble, tasty and delicate beer I have ever drink. Definitely my favourite !

UPDATED: MAR 25, 2011 33cl Bottle @Bir&Fud Beershop (Rome). The appearance is ordinary, pale, light golden. Aroma of fruits (banana?) and malt. Nice taste, grain, malt, quite sour. Good body, but very good drinkable. A classic beer.
