Very nice foam after pouring. Aroma of citrus, yeast, malt and alcohol. Medium bitterness, quite carbonated.

Poured from 75cl bottle. Hazy gold color with fluffy white head. Has a lovely floral, citrus aroma. The texture is highly carbonated and creamy. The flavor is a perfect balance of fruits ( maybe oranges and peaches), coriander spice, alcohol, hops bitter. It has everything you want in a triple. One of the best.

Great stuff! This pours a hazy yellow with a foamy head and is a refreshing drink... lots of floral and citrus flavors with a solid wheat backbone. I was lost impressed by the palate though. Every sip was light, airy, and foamy... thanks in no small part to an excellent pour.

Bottle. Pours clear yellow with a huge frothy white head and lots of carbonation. Aroma of hops and yeast. Sweet fruity and hay-like taste with notes of citrus. Surprisingly full mouthfeel for such a...harmlessly looking trippel. :-) Very fresh and one I can drink again.

Birra molto carbonata con schima poco persistentre, non molto beverina. Aromatica e molto secca, ricorda più uno spumante che una birra. Discreta, non la mia preferita.

Medium gold, clear, persistent white head, fine bubbles. Pils malt aroma, also some fruit (pears, strawberries) and low spicy phenols in the nose. Flavor of pilsner malt, light earthy spice, restrained pepper, fruity notes of pear. Medium bodied, effervescent carbonation, silky smooth and easy drinking. More fruity than spicy/phenolic.

Bottle at Man in the Moon. Hazy orange colour with a large off-white head. Aroma is sweet orange, malt. Flavour is orange, malt, spices, sweet fruity.

Bottle at The Speaker. It pours golden with a thick white head. The nose is earth, dough, hay, floral, light fruitiness and spice. The taste is hay, floral, light herbal, apple, fresh pear, nectarine, dough, earth, touch of bitterness, underlying alcohol warmth with a dry, crisp finish. Med-full body, effervescent carbonation and velvety mouth-feel. Good depth of flavour. I often find triples too sweet, but this example has the balance spot-on. A classic.

UPDATED: APR 18, 2013 Golden clear, colour with a big white frothy head. Soapy and fruity aroma. The taste is sweet, a little caramel, banana and vanilla. Very fizzy. A bit too sweet for me. C really liked it though.

Bottle@home. Two finger foam. Clear yellow. Fine fruity earthlike notes. Plenty of carbonation. Dry and sharp peppery. Best as a tripel can get.
