Great ale. Really enjoyed the intense fruit in the aroma and palate. I’m drinking more.

Pours a dim but solid gold with a rich and frothy head. Richy spice, citrus and yeast nose. Very floral and yeasty taste with a fair amount of sweet. Slightly dry in the swallow.. Good brew.

Bottle/330ml - Pours a clear golden amber in color with a small white head that fades quickly to a thin covering over the beer. Aroma is thick with bready Belgian yeasts, spices and some citrus. Flavor is slightly sweet with plenty of bready yeast and fruity esters. Finish lingers with yeast and spices... Very good.

Attractive appearance with a hazy golden colour and a frothy, whipped creamy and laceing head beside fizzy carbonation. Alcoholy and fruity smell, very malty aroma of fruits (orange, mandarin), grain and spice. Flavour is alcoholy sweet and bready, the light (herbal) bitter and long finish is spicy, citric and the well hidden alcohol is warming up, which remain in a spicy (coriander) and moderate tart/resin-liked aftertaste. Texture is slick, body’s full, but in spite of that it’s very good drinkable. Misses some balance, apart of that overall an excellent brew.

On tap at Stone 9/17/10. Super light pale hazy yellow. Big bright thick champagne head. Reselient. Nose high and light lemon/citrus. Taste minty light to late creamy sweet. Not great.
