For my money tripels don’t get any better than this. Very robust in the nose and on the palate, but still quite creamy with just enough effervescence. The fruit that comes across in this, lots of rich honeysuckle, pears, and peaches, lemon zest, with some herbal grassy hoppiness that kind of bitters out the finish. Lovely.

330ml bottle. Hazy deep golden body with dense sizeable white head. Rich nose; grainy malt, honey, lemon, pepper, ripe fruit complexities. Fantastically creamy body, efferescent carbonation, smooth texture, sticky sweet but by not means cloying. Remarkable flavour, honey sweetness, balanced tremendously well with lemon zest and pear, grassy notes and pepper, ginger warmth, cinamon and apple, unimaginably complex and delicious. Quite possibly the nicest blond beer i’ve ever tried...fantastic!

22oz bottle poured into a Chimay glass. Towering Fizzy white head. Nose of honey and yeast. Good but unremarkable in that respect. At first sip I did not understand why this was so highly regarded. Taste is mostly yeast with hints of honey and citrus poking through. But then comes the finish, probably one of the best finishes in a beer I’ve had yet. Starts of with hints of honey and lemon and a slight alcohol burn. Then a short hoppiness tempered by a strong dose of vanilla following with a huge caramel note that seems to linger forever. Fantastic and remarkably balanced. Should also be noted that as this beer warms more interesting things come out up front. Spices such as coriander and clove and some strong malt. I think I even detect some anise and ginger. Really worth of its rating.

Bottle. Rich golden orange colour, huge gently fading white head. Sweet vanilla malt aroma. Flavour is full bodied with plenty of fruit, lots going on as this break dances on the palate. Incredibly well balanced. A top class Belgian !

Bottle 33cl. Pours a golden coloured tripel, slightly cloudy. White head that disappears quickly. Average carbonation. Broad malty taste, strong ethylic aftertatste. The composition of ingredients seems to fit, round taste overall. In my opinion much better than Westmalle Tripel

A great tripel... nothing like a real Belgian. And this is a fine example. Wholesome body, handsome head, sweet and malty, noticeable corriander, easily drinkable and yum to the YUM!

Bottle. Golden color with some small floaties, lots of carbonation, and a big and rather stable white head. Aroma of yeast, fruits, spices, some malty notes and hints of hops. Sweetish flavor at first with some malt, a bit of caramel and some oatmeal character, then turns spicier and drier with yeast and some hoppy bitterness in the finish. Medium to full-bodied. Dangerously drinkable.
