11.2oz bottle. Pours a clear orange-golden colored body until the last bit of yeast is added making this a hazy, deep orange with a finger-width, dense and frothy, off-white head that dissipates slowly and leaves lots of lacing. Aroma is sweet orange peel, banana esters, Belgian candi sugar, honey-wheat, bubble-gum, yeast, and coriander. Flavor is similar. Fairly sweet with a good amount of wheat, banana esters, and lots of florals. Some honey bubble-gum with a light coriander spicing. Finishes dry and balanced with a light bitterness. Fairly lengthy aftertaste following a medium-light, all-around smooth, soft body and higher, creamy carbonation. Overall, a pretty solid tripel. Very soft, smooth, and creamy with plenty of fruits, sweet spices, and pleasantly dry. Wonderfully balanced and tasty.

Una birra che puoi amare o odiare ma in ogni caso un prodotto che ti colpisce. Bellissima nel calice, se correttamente spillata, ti colpisce immediatamente per il suo bouquet ampio e persistente.

The missus loves this. An excellent beer. Spiced/sweet/tart/sour like other tripels but this has definite drink-ability that others can’t match. Serving: Bottle and Tap

Hazy golden with dense white head. Aroma provides a hint of mustiness as well as candy sweetness. Candy sweet and spicy, lingering Belgian yeast flavor. Sweetness is not over the top and certainly to style. For some reason I held off on this brew and not sure why. This is really tasty.

Served on draft at World of Beer in Carrollwood, FL. Pours a clear golden colour with a foamed white head. Tons of yeast, sugar and sweet malt in the aroma. Very nice flavor with a dry mouthfeel. The 8% is well-hidden.

great head. nice blond colour. aroma: grassy and citrus notes upfront are complimented by yeas and bread notes. Big grain and cereal aromas fill the glass and lees and vanilla round out the nose. Palate is nice rich round on the first sip. Lees flavours dominate the palate. I found it had a fresh cream profile. Slight grassy bitter notes on the finish. A fantastic brew. One I could enjoy again and again.

330ml bottle. Pours bright blonde with white head that leaves good lace. Very complex nose of fruit and spice with a hint of smokiness. A touch less interesting in the mouth with the same elements showing and a slightly sweet finish that lasts. Superb.
