Bottle. Honey aroma upfront, malty taste underlying. Lightly spiced with a nice finish - no real bitterness. Gorgeous. Would like to rate the brew on draught at Paters in Antwerp next time I get back. Very smooth.

In my personal history of beer, this is such an important beer. This was the first beer that I ever tasted, and thought, "Wow, beer really is delicious." Before that, I was either forcing myself to drink beer, or tasting things to humor my boyfriend. After trying this beer, my interest in trying beers to see what else was out there was sparked. I first had it in some place in Philly, where they do beer and cheese pairings. From the first sniff of the sweet, citrusy, fruity nose, to the first taste of the perfectly carbonated, golden brew, it was love, as the flavors of banana nut bread, honey, and cloves revealed themselves. And any time I am in a bar, and I can’t decide what to get, I know I can always count on this beer to be delicious.

Rich Golden Color
Coriander, Spice, Honey, Almond
Nutty Malt, Almond flavor, Creamy finish. Not acidic. Slight bitterness but pleasant with the creamy finish.
Creamy, medium bodied.
The carbonation factor in this one makes it a sipper.
