Blond, robust, smooth, and fruity three grain top fermented beer, refermented in the bottle. Brewed with pride and patience after Karmeliet tradition with wheat, oat and barley. 100% natural. Has been brewed at Van Steenberge for Brewery Bosteels for some time until recently.

Bottle. Honey aroma upfront, malty taste underlying. Lightly spiced with a nice finish - no real bitterness. Gorgeous. Would like to rate the brew on draught at Paters in Antwerp next time I get back. Very smooth.

Typical European beer aroma. Hops and a bit of cereal malt. Slightly cloudy lemon yellow color. Earthy yeasty flavor. Overall its OK, I had higher expectations for this one.

In my personal history of beer, this is such an important beer. This was the first beer that I ever tasted, and thought, "Wow, beer really is delicious." Before that, I was either forcing myself to drink beer, or tasting things to humor my boyfriend. After trying this beer, my interest in trying beers to see what else was out there was sparked. I first had it in some place in Philly, where they do beer and cheese pairings. From the first sniff of the sweet, citrusy, fruity nose, to the first taste of the perfectly carbonated, golden brew, it was love, as the flavors of banana nut bread, honey, and cloves revealed themselves. And any time I am in a bar, and I can’t decide what to get, I know I can always count on this beer to be delicious.

Golden with nice head. Aroma light malt, yeast fruit, hops. Taste light sweet, malt fruit, Medium body, text thin, carb fizzy, hidden alcioho,l finish short. Well balanced, easy and drinkable. But somewhat neutral or sublim, however it’s powerful.

Slightly hazy golden pour with a nice white head. Nose of yeast, citrus, wheat, light booze. Taste is yeast, with plenty of fruit, spice, light booze, grain. Mouth is light and carbonated. Overall, a nice tasting, solid tripel.

Rich Golden Color Coriander, Spice, Honey, Almond Nutty Malt, Almond flavor, Creamy finish. Not acidic. Slight bitterness but pleasant with the creamy finish. Creamy, medium bodied. The carbonation factor in this one makes it a sipper.

Nice tripel , aroma of fruit, candy, banana, vanilla, citrus something like butterscotch or raisen. Sweet flavor but not overly so. Nice pillowy mouth feel and good finish.
