Pours a hazy golden color with a big creamy white head that leaves good lacing.
The nose is full of malts and cereals with a nice hoparoma. The palate is smooth and has lots of malts, cereals and a gentle hop taste that ends in a subtle dry bitterness.
A very good triple.

UPDATED: NOV 27, 2011 Bevuta alla spina in un pub di Maastricht vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di cui non ricordo il nome. Si trova in bottiglia un po’ ovunque
"Frumentosa", fruttata, molto saporita e beverina nonostante l’alta gradazione. Personalmente la trovo ottima.

Had on draft at Fathead’s tonight.
A-slightly hazed golden straw color with a tight creamy white head.
S-the nose is nicely balanced, notes of toasted bread with an underlying caramel malt. Hints of yeast, lemon, and a nice golden peach in the back.
T-the taste is very sweet and not as balanced as the nose. light caramel malts and a touch of breadiness up front but faint. this is overtaken by sugar and golden fruits. pear, peach, lemon with a touch of grassy hops in the back and a hint of bitterness.
M-smooth and creamy medium body with a great carbonation giving it a good balance on the feel with a crisp, slightly dry finish.
D-this is so sweet, it is tasty but just too sweet. the nose had a good balance that was missed on the taste. too much sugar; but hid the 8.4 alcohol.

Malty aroma. Pale gold with a white long-lasting head. Light sweetness and lively carbonation with a long dry finish.

Amazing beer! Hazy golden color with a thick white head, which stayed for a while. nice lacing. Banana, cereal, orange, and some floral aromas present. Sweet citrus, spice, taste with a mild yeasty note. mild carbonation. very pleasant. A+

Bottle. Slight haze to a golden pour. Nice off white head. Aroma of citrus, yeast and other fruit. Flavor of sweet malt, banana and citrus. Hides the alcohol well. Excellent stuff !

Pours a hazy yellow color with a huge, fluffy white head. Aroma is yeasty and hay like. Flavor comes through with a lot of dry fruity tang and esters. Pretty tasty. Finishes nice and dry. Pretty solid beer.
