Bottle. Aroma of Belgian yeasts, wheat, banana, spices, some faint apple and pear in the background as it warms. For me, the palate was a spice bomb. The base brew, while strong and solid in the mouth, objectively well constructed, lacked any real character for me. Instead, unearthly amounts of spices were added to give it some flavor. Maybe the spices covered up whatever flavor there was under there, but all I got out of it was a pretty bland beer loaded with spice. Not bad, surely, not weak at all or anything, but nothing stunning.

Pours a clear golden yellow with off white head. Strong aromas of Belgian yeast and bananas. Sweet malty flavor with a hoppy finish. Medium body with a creamy mouthfeel and soft carbonation. One of the best tripels I have tasted. Excellent!

Bottle. Pours a murky yellow with a fairly sizeable white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, some light fruits (apple, pear, citrus). Tastes of Belgian yeast, spices, and wheat. Strong mouthfeel, but I felt that the taste was one dimensional. I didn’t really care for this one.

Bottle: the aroma is both yeasty, spicy and herbal, freshly ground black peper, sage, mint, coriander, cardboard, strawberry flavored bubble gum, some hay, very complex on that department, flavor wise it’s malty sweet(banana like) with some herbal hops, weak alcohol notes, weak vinous notes and a nice dry finish, the overall flavor is quite delicate and quite simple compared to the aroma, it’s an easy drinking medium bodied nice triple.

Beautiful clear golden color, smallish white head. Good, but not amazing. I’d almost characterize it as a light tripel, with a crisp finish.

This is a phenomenal beer. It pours a golden color with a small white head. It has huge hints of bubble gum/ fruitiness in it. Very mellow and balanced between fruit and grain tastes. One of my new favorites.

Realized have never rated this fine brew.On tap at PP C Bad. Nice golden yellow color with a small white head. Yummy nose of sweet fruitiness and belgian yeast. Very luxurious in and smooth in your mouth. Some good mellow spice with citrus fruit and malt. Nice very good finish. One of my favorite tripels for sure.
