areyouinning (72), North Carolina, USA Sep 9, 2009 Cloudy yellow beer with mild sedimentation. Well defined, powerful, malty aroma. Complex, flavor with nice mouthfeel. mixos (50), Greece Sep 8, 2009 I ’ve got nothing new to say about this excelent tripel. One of my best beers in general and one of the top 3 tripels ever. wouterpulinx (27), Belgium Sep 7, 2009 33 cl. @ Home, pours deep golden, medium white head. The head vanishes rapidly. Flavour is fruit, caramel, sweet and hops. turbothy (717), Bonn, Germany Aug 31, 2009 @La Brasserie Cathedrale, Liege. Deep gold colour with small head. Malty aroma. Fine flavour, but quite aggressive palate with acidic carbonation. Nevertheless a fine and filling beer. rlxx (5), Belgium does not count Aug 29, 2009 Updated: Aug 31, 2009Great Appearance with an inviting nose, very easy to drink trippel that leaves you with strong taste to open the next one ... my daily "slaapmuts" hike20 (32), Iowa, USA Aug 26, 2009 Pours golden pour with quite possibly the biggest head I’ve seen. Very bubbly. Strong aroma of yeast and malts. Flavor of orange peel, malt, and a bit of spice. Nicely balanced and a good mouth feel. Finish remains balanced between sweet and bitter. Very nice beer overall. thirdeye11 (405), Texas, USA Aug 26, 2009 ( 330ml bottle) Pours clear yellow with a huge head and a foam that coats the glass. A very effervescent beer. Nose of pepper, grass, oats, and spicy yeast. The taste is an oily, sticky, sweet nectar of the gods with mixtures of white pepper and grains. This beer is very carbonated in a great way, and just delicious. One of the world’s best tripels.
