Bottle: Effervescent golden with a huge fluffy white head. When sediment is disturbed the beer develops a nice glowing cloudy appearance. Great yeasty aroma with a light pale malt sweetness as well- has a spicy phenolic character, honeyish herbal notes, freshly baking bread, wheat- full of nuance. Voluminous effervescent body. It has a hearty flavor with a crisp wheaty base and a hearty oat like presence. Has a bit of yeast character as well. Very dry with spicy phenolics- a bit peppery as well with an herbal balancing hop character. Quite spicy on the back. Everything a Tripel should be- dry, spicy and filled with nuance.

Golden pour with white head. Spicey, sweet grainy aroma. Flavor is floral, sweet, some caramel. Mouthfeel is nice, a bit of a spicy finish. Nice beer.

Poured from a 11.2oz bottle in to a tulip glass. Color is clear golden with a nice head that lingers. Nose was of banana, clove, and yeast. Light to medium mouthfeel with a bit of carbonation. Taste of fruity malt and spice. Very smooth. Very enjoyable to drink. One of my personal favorites.

bottle. Tres belle couleur golden. Bonne au gout, produit de haute qualité. Malté, spices. Rafraichissante, pas forte au gout en alcool.

Amber body with big white head. Thick island of head stays in glass after the rest of the head left. Only disappointment was in the lack of sediment. I love the look of these kind of beers with sediment. Smells of lavender, oranges, cinnamon, sugar, and malt. Very nice smelling and a bit perfumey. The mouthfeel is very carbonated and crisp/clean. Tasted notes of orange, spice, slightly metallic but not in a bad way. A ton of lavender and melon. Very nice beer.

Didn’t get much head on my big bottle (wine bottle, corked). Taste was more like a pilsner than a tripel. Not sure about whether it needed more aging, or just wasn’t quite my thing.

Bottle. This is a hazy golden colour in a wine glass with a thin white head. There is subtle grain in the aroma with vanilla, honey. The flavour has more grain, some fruit: apricot, melon, spices. The alcohol is well masked.
