750 mL bottle poured into a tulip glass. Pours a golden color with a two-finger head that has good retention and nice lacing. Aroma is citrus, banana, clove, bread, and spices. Taste is sweet with citrus, malt, and bready flavors and ends with a little alcohol warming.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Aroma skunky, banana, bread,
Appearance golden, hazy, frothy, white foam,
Taste medium sweetness,
Palate medium body, fizzy, lively,
Overall it has the smell of a Heineken. I’m guessing the green bottle has something to do with it. The carbonation is very lively. You can feel the bubbles dance on your tongue. Luckily the taste is not skunky like the smell. I would suggest this beer to a friend.

Tåkete strågult med lavt skum. Duft av banan, lyst brød, krydder og tyggis. Honning er fremtredende i smaken. Tykk, sirupslignende munnfølelse med en positivt stikkende følelse. Bedre til lengre ned i glasset.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Easy to drink but sophisticated tripel. It combines some of the best elements from a great Weiss (breads and bananas), with pepper and lemon/citrus and yeast from a Belgian tripel, with a touch of creaminess from the oats. The initial nose was lemon, lemongrass and spice. The creamy palate makes it too easy to drink for an 8% beer.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft. Opaque, pale golden color with thin white head and substantial lacing. Orange citrus and coriander aroma. Wheat, coriander, and lemon-orange citrus print with some clove in the finish. Lighter, effervescent body. Refreshing.

Não é por acaso ser considerada uma referência quando se fala em Tripel. Uma cerveja refrescante, saborosa, frutada e muito equilibrada.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Une bière belge typique de bonne facture, couleur blonde dorée, belle mousse, forte sans être alcoolisée, très équilibrée. Beau travail.

4.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Wonderful. Pours with a huge, white frothy head with tiny, champagne-like bubbles. The aroma initially shows why it is 8.4% ABV but gives away to gentle essences of wood, clove, subtle citrus tones and even a little bit of must.
After the head subsides, a beautiful golden yellow color develops in the glass. It tastes like it smells, with a somewhat thin body but overall a delight. It isn’t hard to find and is one everyone who enjoys world class beers should give it a try. Prost !

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Golden colour clear beer with big white head.
Aroma: smells wonderfull: white grapes, peach, banana, floral, white wine.
Taste: light to medium sweetness, light to med floral bitterness. Flavours similiar as in aroma, altough I dont really like this bitterness.
Palate: light body, dry, high lively carbonation.
Overall: I prefer sweeter tripel from westmalle. It’s pretty good though.
