Lots of head in this pale, slightly hazy beer.
Aroma has yeast, bubblegum. Flavor is really good. Just a little sour and spicy with backing sweetness and bitter finish. Even nutty notes somewhere under there.

Bottle at Singapore Beerfest 2010. One of my favourite beers in the world. Golden brown in colour, medium head, medium carbonation. Aroma: Ester, summer, fruit. Taste Notes: Malt, biscuits, banana, citrus, caramel. Rich mouthfeel, deceptively alcoholic but superbly balanced (You’ll drink about four of these because of the unbelievable flavour before the alcohol kicks in). Beautifully crafted beer.

Bought a bottle at a local liquor store. A golden yellow color and a a large soapy white head, carbonation is just perfect, with a lot of little bubbles. Aroma of vanilla, brown sugar and fruitiness of peaches and bananas. Taste starts bitter and after a while you can taste the sweetness. The beer is creamy with a little vanilla. Overall, the best tripel I’ve ever had. Bravo!

Standard strong beer, nothing special. Citrus, floral taste and aroma. Prefer Unibroue, La Fin Du Monde for the price.

Pours an average frothy white head that mostly diminished. Body is hazy yellow, sparkles are visible. Aroma contains light malts (light bread, grain, caramel), light hops ((orange, lemon), light yeasts (dough, leather, broth) and also strong banana and vanilla, grape, pineapple, coriander, and alcohol. Flavor starts off light acidic, then goes to sweet and finishes in sweet, bitter and light acidic. Body is medium with creamy texture and soft carbonation. Many subtle aromas and shifting flavors. Wow!

Une bière de qualité, possède plusieurs arômes dont de nombreux arômes et fruits. Un bijou bien travaillé et pétillant qui en ravira beaucoup et démarque cette bière par la pureté de ses goûts
Le goût de la bière manque c’est un peu trop sucrée pour moi mais c’est une très bonne boisson.
