COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Blond, robust, smooth, and fruity three grain top fermented beer, refermented in the bottle. Brewed with pride and patience after Karmeliet tradition with wheat, oat and barley. 100% natural. Has been brewed at Van Steenberge for Brewery Bosteels for some time until recently.

UPDATED: JAN 13, 2012 Together with Westmalle Tripel, a classic, the archetype of how I like my tripel. Great fruity aroma of orange peel, coriander, spicy yeast, bit grainy. Dry taste, slight sweet, fruity, bit spicy. Perfectly balanced. Awesome.

This is the best beer in the world! Those celibate monks up in Belgium sure know how to pack a wicked punch in this mighty beer killer. It has a fruity, rose-like taste that is unlike ’conventional’ beers. Cordon bleu stuff!

My favourite Belgian beer. The oats are an unusual adjunct and they add a lovely smooth flavour. I’m not sure this is travelling too well from some of the transatlantic comments.

Flavor is fantastic, with hops present but not terribly noticeable. Very smooth drinking, a new personal favorite. Didn’t notice the high alcohol content at all, nothing to interrupt the smoothness. Had on tap, with very large tap.

the best Abbey Tripel beer . blond ,fruity,and smooth .very complex flavours. excellent carbonation.
