Beautiful cloudy, golden color. Medium white head. Rich aroma: fruit (peach?), floral, and yeast. Great combination of malty, sweet and dry flavor with fruit and spice. Really outstanding tripel.

Bottle. Light, straw colored, with a light haze, huge head. Aroma is very complex, sweet, malt touch of spice. Flavor is also fairly complex, malty, light fruitiness with hints of honey and spice. Touch of yeastiness. Smooth and silky, refreshing.

Poured from the bottle this beer is a nice golden color with a fizzy head. Aroma is amazing lemon grass with fruity tones and yeasty breads. Flavor is smooth with touches of wheat, lemon, pepper spcies with some grassines and plenty of natural fizz. Mouthfeel is also fizzy but still smooth with little to no burn and the alcohol is well blended. Excellent beer.

On tap at Duvel Cafe (Sthlm). Incredible floral aroma, esters and spice. The taste is very complex and I really wish this was easier to get a hold of here in Sweden (state monopoly, remember...)

a beautifull unfiltered,jellow-orange first, big head ,lthen a nice rim lasting in the glass many different smells, there is something bitter-spicy,remembering me ginger, but something wine-like,almoust champagne-like, and some interesting bitter-sweet, malty and a bit of clove, even a smell like some coocking herbs but altough some fruit the bitter-sweet malty impression grows while drinking it,but the champagne-like impression too.ginger, middle, smooth carbonated in mouth aftertaste spicy, but also champagne-like,bitter-sweet,warm alcohol, but semms not so strong as it is,good fitting of alcohol to the flavours. i love it’s interesting complexity !! sweet and bitter, fruity and herbal, -opposits,but fitting here really well together.astonishing freshness for it’s strength!!
