Aroma is skunky. Straight up sulfur. Stop using green bottles, please.
Even with the hour or so of being open, the sulfur has not dissipated.
That aside, the zest of lemon, coriander, caramel, and yeast make up the taste profile of this beer (if only it could make up the aroma too).
Taste-wise, this is the best tripel I have had to date. Aroma-wise, the worst.
The finish on this beer lingers, yet does not cloy despite it’s sweetness.
Very, very good beer, but bottling could use some work.

Light golden color, little cloudy with nice head. Aroma of grains and yeast. Taste is much better, firstly sweet & spicy with citrus background. After that appears some yeastness. Long sweet & spicy finish. Full body, high carbonation. Very good abbey ale, but not as good as Orval.

Golden color, big creamy head. Malt, fruity and spicy aroma. At taste is dry and light sweet, high carbonation.

Golden hazy body with big head. Aroma is caramel with honey and yeast. Floral, like the lily of the valley. Taste is caramely, toffee like - low bitterness. Body is flat, low carbonation.

Blonde à forte pétillance et belle mousse crémeuse. Bien maltée, léger goût de banane. Epices et houblon en arrière-goût. Bien équilibrée. Une excellente triple!

cloudy golden colour with huge fluffy head. Strong wheat taste with floral after taste.

330ml bottle. Pours a golden yellow colour, fine white head that retains and aroma of fresh lemon citrus, malt & yeast. Taste is light malt, citrus fruity, floral, bubblegum hoppy with a zesty bitterness. Foamy milky mouth feel, medium bodied with bubbly carbonation. Warming, clean dry bitter finish. Very drinkable.
