Nov 8, 2007 Draft at brewery on the way up to GABF. Pretty dark, with a really big head. Aromas of banana. Flavors of banana and maltiness and some wheat. Sopme alcohol on the finish. Pretty tasty.

Nov 1, 2007 20 oct 07, Draft at Brewpub. Seasonal Beer. Full Pint. Very dark brown/black. Off white head. Super sweet aroma. Nuts, bananas, malts, candi sugar, BUBBLEGUM!!! Flavors of bananas, sweet cane sugar. Very light bitterness. Very chewy with a sticky glass feel. Heavy bodied. Heavy alcohol.

Oct 2, 2007 Half-pint sampler tray, current seasonal "strong beer" selection (that is what the sign says). Cloudy dark brown with an almond coloured head generating fine lace. Big aromas of banana and brown sugar, some bubblegum even. Rich brown sugar/caramel and banana flavour, faintly spicey, sweet but not cloying, very smooth with a warming alcoholic finish. I was very happily surprised-- this was excellent!

Aug 12, 2007 Bonus sample. Big head on a very dark brown beer. Strong banana aroma that always seems surprising from a beer this dark. Chocolate scents as well. Great body. Chocolate and banana with some rubbery notes or texture. Some coffee in the finish.
