~ 16 ounce draft at the Casino Bar at the Main Street Station, Las Vegas, Nevada. The pour is a lightly hazed orange yellow with a small off white head. The aroma is fresh toasty malt and soft floral hops. The taste is a great blend of the light toast mildly sweet malt and the floral light grapefruit citrus hops. The palate is medium to light bodied, with fine carbonation and a dry lightly bitter finish. This was a subdued version of a Pale Ale but the balance and freshness made the beer work. I enjoyed this, clean and tasty.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear, golden colored body with a thin, frothy, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a solid lacing throughout. Aroma is pretty nice. Citrusy with a moderate cereal malt sweetness. Some earth and herbal hops with a light resin along with a touch of caramel. Flavor is similar. Nice orange and grapefruit citrus, earthy hops with a lightly sweetened, pale malt and hint of caramel to balance. Finishes dry with a moderate bitterness and leaves a medium length aftertaste. Medium-light body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, a pretty solid pale ale. Nicely hopped, citrusy, and well balanced with a light sweetness from the malts. Very enjoyable and another pleasant Vegas surprise!
