Cask @Kitty’s, Helsinki. Clear dark amber color. Nice firm white head, stays. Fruity, sweet, malty, grainy notes in aroma. Fruity, mango, grainy, light hops in taste. Smells and tastes bit raw, but mellow. Smooth mouthfeel. Drinkable brew.

Cask at WHOAF 2015. It pours clear deep red-brown with a small white head. The nose is bitter-sweet, earthy, toasted grain, varnish, caramel, some ginger bread, spice and Christmas cake. The taste is rich, bitter, woody, biscuit malt, toasted grass, must, earth, over-ripe orchard fruits, wood, varnish, ginger and Christmas cake with a dry, lightly spice finale. Medium body and sot carbonation. Pretty decent.
