Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Clear golden beer with a bubbly off white head. Fruity grassy aroma, pear, citrus, pineapple, peach, lemongrass, caramel notes, some elderflowers, plum, mango. Hoppy floral flavor, elderflowers, peppery, pine, caramel, apricot, grapefruit, hay, pine, mango, some citrus. Hugely refreshing and lots of flavors considering the low ABV.

Cask. Didn’t pay much attention to this. Overall quite malty, fruity in profile, with some spicy hop notes, a faint sour touch from the elderberries, a dab of caramel. Quite light in both body and bitterness, appropriately low carbonation. Rather drinkable, not much to write home about. (2012-09-17)

Cask at the Bell, Waltham St Lawrence - 31/03/12. Light golden amber with a thin white head. Floral hops on the nose allied to citrus and sweet malt. Tastes of hops, citrus, you can pick out the elderflower, a little grain and grass, sweet and slightly perfumed. Lightish bodied, bitter finish, decent enough bitter.
