Bottle picked up at Party Town from notes. Pours a hazy golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma and flavor have sweet bready malts, yeast, apples, some spices, coriander, mild bitterness, ok triple.

Lore (2169) - Budapest, HUNGARY - FEB 14, 2015
opalescent golden colour, huge, quite stable white head;aroma of honey, earthy-yeast notes, some caramel, lemongrass, maybe coriander and hints of apple; taste of a typical belgian ale with significant spiciness, honey, some notes of Turkish delight with rosewater and hints of citruses; nothing reallly special, but still a good and very enjoyable belgian ale (I don’t think so that it is a tripel)

Bottle 33cl. Deugniet has a clear golden colour with a medium white head that stays for a long time. Aroma reminds me mostly of malts but there’s a bitter touch too. The taste is straight at first , like a blond beer but later on a spicy aftertaste gets stronger. Not bad at all, but probably best on a summers day on a terrace.

33cl as Deugniet. Very simple Tripel. Feels rather like a blond with extra alcohol. Smooth and light indeed.

Lichttroebel gelig bier met mooie schuimkraag. Fruitige en kruidige aroma’s met honingtoets. Smaak is zoet met fruittoets. Licht bittere afdronk. Een aangename trippel.

Pours a cloudy yellow with a fizzy white head that disappears quickly. Fruity and spicy aromas, honey, green apples, earthy and some grass. Taste is sweet with bready malts coming through first with an almost sickly sweetness following however the high carbonation allows this without it becoming too overpowering. A distinct green apple and orange flavour. Not the greatest of the Belgian beers I have come across, but nonetheless enjoyable.
