Pours blond with white head. Aroma is of fruits, yeast, malt. Taste is pretty much the same. Very refreshing. My bottle was a bit old, but still a lot of freshness. Pretty nice belgian (on the ligth side).

Bottle at Cafe De la Gare. Pours clear golden with an off white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, citrus, spice, light malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft to moderate carbonation.

THX! to Kraddel for this one. 2010 Vintage. 33 cl. bottle @ home. Sparkling bright golden, creamy fading white head. Sharp citrus in the nose, light sweet cornflakes, very light yoghurt BE yeast, tad fake floral, touch fake, sharp esters,… Bitter esters, medicinal taste, fake citrus sweetness, light grain sweetness, reasonable fake medicinal finish, hint plastic, bitter floral, light cornflake sweetness,… warms the throat despite the not too high abv. Very carbonated. Smell tops the rather peculiar taste,…may be the age.
