Our Cali Common is unfiltered, fresh and hoppy with lots of Saaz hops and a little bit of wheat to give the beer softness and mouth feel.

A - Pours a hazy golden-yellow with a thin finger of frothy white head. The head fades down fairly quickly leaving behind a bit of lace. S - Aroma is a mix of lemon zest, wheat, grains, lager yeast, a touch of pepper and bready malt. T - Starts off with some lemon zest, sweet wheat, and grains. Through the middle, some grassy flavor comes through with a touch of bitterness, a bit of pepper, and some lager yeast character. The finish is a mix of sweet wheat and grains, with some lemon and other citrus flavors, and a bit of lager yeast. M - Medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a dry and lightly sweet finish. D - Very drinkable. Very crisp and refreshing. Nice sessionable California Common with good overall balance.

On tap. A slightly hazy light gold with a short white head. It has a light, slightly hoppy aroma with a bit of grass. The flavor is light as well, with a bit of hops up front and a fair malt middle and aftertaste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap: hazy light yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is soft with a little grass and fruity notes. Flavor is light with some bisquit and grass with a dry bitter finish but not much else going on. Light on flavor makes this beer hard to taste while eating.
