S - Aroma is a mix of grapefruit, orange, citrus, and pine hops with sweet caramel and light biscuit malts.
T - Starts off with a mix of grapefruit and citrus hops with some bitterness and some sweet caramel malts. Through the middle, some pine hops come through with some more slightly resiny bitterness and some biscuit malts. The finish is a mix of grapefruit, pine, and floral hops with some bitterness and sweet caramel malts.
M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a dry and bitter finish.
V - Very drinkable. Nice hoppy IPA with good overall balance.

Draft. Golden beerw ith an off-white head. Grapefruit and light summer fruit aroma. Summer fruit and grapefruit flavor with light caramel. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Summer fruit and grapefruit lingers with light pine and light caramel.

On tap at brewery. Clear golden with a fizzy white head. Caramel grapefruit and citrus hops aroma. Nicely balanced IPA - a nice change from the one dimensional hop monsters I’ve had lately. Crisp and refreshing grapefruit and caramel taste with a moderate bitterness and a dry stray flavored finish and a smooth medium bodied palate.
