On tap. Pours with a clear brown body with a lofty and foamy off-white head. Aromas are of brown sugar, lots of hops (mostly notes of pine), nuts and light roast. Flavors are hoppy, brown sugar, citrus, and pine. Very light roast. Medium carbonation, medium bodied, creamy. Good beer. India Brown Ale -esque.

Pours dark amber with a tan head. The aroma is dominated by fruity hops. The flavor is the same with a slight hint of toasted malt in the finish. Dry, bitter finish. Not a Scottish ale in the slightest.

A: The pour is a dark amber or light brown color (maybe a mix of the two) with a creamy off-white head. S: Begins with some citrus hops, likely from the dry-hopping. There’s a bit of alcohol to it and a pretty nice toasted malt, toffee, and caramel note. Some minor influence of chocolate and roast. T: There’s a decent hop bitterness to go along with what is a sturdy brown ale base. A mild toasted malt character, along with toffee, and bitter chocolate. There is a bit of a pine flavor from the hops as well. M: The body is medium and so is the carbonation. D: An interesting beer that was good to drink and easy to do so as well. Might be worth having a pint of.
