Draft. Rich amber beer with a cream head. Grapefruit and light summer fruit aroma. Summer fruit and grapefruit flavor. Medium bodied. Nice bitterness. Summer fruit and grapefruit linger with light pine. A restrained triple IIPA more than a huge kick in the face.

Draft @ SF Beer Week Opening Celebration 2013, Concourse Exhibition Center, San Francisco, CA. Pours an orange amber color with a small off-white head. has a fruity malty hoppy bitter grapefruit piney aroma with peachy hints. Fruity malty hoppy bitter piney grapefruit flavor. Has a fruit malty hoppy bitter piney grapefruit finish.

On tap at brewery. Clear light orange with a fizzy off white head. Huge earthy, resiny, pine, lawn clippings, caramel, and bitter citrus aroma and taste with a thick sticky full bodied palate and a resiny finish.

On tap at Triple Rock poured a clear orange amber with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of biscuit, orange zest, tangerine, tropical fruit, pink grapefruit and a hint of pine. Palate was medium bodied and crisp with a smooth dry finish. Flavors of biscuit, orange zest, tangerine, pink grapefruit and light tropical fruit with a smooth dry moderatly bitter lingering citrus finish.

On draft at the 2013 SF beer week opening celebration. This held up well against the other triple IPA’s at the event. It pours a dark orange color with an orangy head. The aroma is sweet hoppy goodness with strong notes of tropical fruit, dank, pine and touches of caramel. The flavor has great hop complexity with fruity, dank and strong bitterness in the finish. Very enjoyable.
