COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pinnacle is a bright, golden colored, medium to light bodied ale. Made with Great Western 2-row pale malt, light crystal, victory and wheat malts, it has a nice cascade hop balance, lively mouth feel , and a malty oak finish.

"well rounded stout that borders on an american imperial. flavorful and aromatic, with lots of roasted coffee and a decent share of bitter hops. a solid entry."

Tap at the brewpub.

Light yellow in color, modest white head. The aroma seems grassy, cascade hops notwithstanding. Flavor follows, a mild hop snap, as sessionable as it is unexceptional.

On draft at the brewpub. It pours a clear golden yellow color with a white head. The aroma is lemony with some light herbal notes and grapefruit. The flavor is dry with some pine, bread and herbal spice bitterness. They label this as an English Pale Ale, but it is more American influenced than I would have expected. Fresh, light and clean. A nice alternative to the other hop bombs they do here.

A good pale ale. Pours an ugly clear yellow, but smells good, like strawberries and honey. Taste is creamy, and sweet up front, but a slightly strange straw aftertaste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Triple Rock pouring up clear deep gold with thin copper core and tiny near bright white head. The mild aroma offers up some sweet malts, a touch of slightly roasted malts and a dash of vague hoppiness. The taste has carbonation enhanced punchy notes of spicy to floral hops mixing with some sweet malts and a thin river of malty sweetness. Nice Pale where the hops are a bit on the bright side for an, as stated, English Style Pale but Iím totally cool with that.

A - Served a clear copper-orange color with a finger of frothy white head. The head fades down at a normal pace leaving behind come nice lace. S - The aroma is a mix of sweet caramel malts with some citrus and floral hops. T - Starts off with a mix of sweet caramel malts with some light citrus hop. Though the middle a touch of bitterness comes through alongside some more malt flavor and a bit of floral hop. The finish is a mix of sweet malts with some light bitterness and some citrus hop. M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a crisp and refreshing finish. D - Very drinkable. Nice very sessionable pale ale. The flavors are not too bold, but they are nicely balanced making for a very refreshing beer.

On tap. Aroma is almost lagerish. Flavor is mildly hopy. Palate us to fizzy. Not a very good pale, buy drinkable, light and refreshing as described.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours with a hazy golden-yellow body with a small white head that slowly fades. Aromas of orange, florals, tangerine, honey and a light, bready to grainy malt character. Flavors are quite malty for a pale ale. Honey, bready, grainy. Hop flavors are light and there is very little bitterness. Kind of bland to be honest. Citrusy and grapefruit. Medium to lively bubbles. Pretty dry finish.

A: The pour is a straw yellow color with a moderately sized white head. S: The hops character seems to be more floral here with some slight fruit notes and a lightly sweet malt base. I get quite a bit of bread on the nose, too. T: Bready and toasty in terms of the malt flavor, which is what this beer seems to be more about. Quite a bit of floral hop flavor with some hints of citrus and bitter pine notes. M: The body is medium with a moderate level of carbonation. D: Not sure why this is called an APA on here, Triple Rock clearly had it called an English Pale ale at the brewpub, and as one of those, it succeeds quite nicely.

Draft. A golden beer with no head. The aroma has notes of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and some weird fruit. Pretty plain.
