On tap at PP C’Bad. Pours hazy, straw yellow with a medium white head, laces the glass. Smells light and floral, hoppy and sweet. Earthy and pungent as well, slight mildew. Tastes earthy, pretty clean and sweet overall with some mild bitterness towards the finish. Earthiness lingers. Light body, good carbonation.

Sampled at pp Carlsbad. Another hop gem from rodger. Amazing that you can get this much flavor out of a low gravity brew.

On tap at PP Carlsbad. Clear pale golden with a one-finger creamy white head, fading to a thick film before long. Floral hops dominate with biscuity malts behind. Flavor adds a light metallic note, but otherwise the same--a good balance of the hops and malts. Bitterness is at a 3 in the semi-dry clean finish. Light body with moderate prickly carbonation. Pretty tasty for a single-hop, and still not a bad APA otherwise.

Draft. Amber beer with an off-white head. Tropical fruit and caramel aroma. Tropical/summer fruit flavor with grapefruit and sweet malt. Medium bodied. Tropical fruit and grapefruit lingers with light earth and sweet malt.

As Single Hop Experiment. Draft at the Rubicon. Pours dark gold with a slight, cream and clingy white head. Aroma is flroal hop. Medium body with mild but sharpish carbonation. Flavor is fruity and floral covering light caramel. Not drastically bitter. Sort of llike an english ale that’s just a bit over bittered. Nice tasty finish. Goes a bit perfumey with time. Note: I chose Amarillo based on a search for Single Hop Experiment. Also on the floral bit.

Clear golden yellow with a fizzy white head. Sweet grain, grass, vanilla, and marijuana aroma and taste.
