BMan1113VR (7874) - Los Angeles, California, USA - MAY 16, 2011
On tap at Blue Palms. Pours with a completely clear deep yellow body with a small white head that fades rather quickly. Aromas are citrusy, orange, light floral hops. A minimal grainy malt profile. Light esters. A bit of a rubbery note. Flavors lean dry, with a grainy malt profile, orange, dill (I associate dill with Sorachi Ace quite a bit), hay. A touch bready. Lively bubbles, a bit thing. Dry finish. A bit lifeless.

A: The pour is a rather pale yellow color with a nice fluffy white head which leaves some spotty lacing. S: Starts off with just an awesome citrus aroma. Nice orange, tangerine, and grapefruit notes. There’s a mild herbal quality to it as well as some floral notes. Hints of bready and pale malts come through underneath. T: Citrus hops dominate the flavor as well. A hint of grass to go with it and some light floral notes. Moderate bitterness gives the beer a nice bite and there is very little room for malt flavor. M: Light to medium in body with a moderate level of carbonation. O: One of the best beers of the night. Super easy to drink and great flavors.

Pours a lovely light orange. Nice hoppy aroma followed by a grainy bitterness that really works for me. A great hop beer

Draft. Golden amber beerw ith a whitish head. Summer fruit and light malt aroma. Mineral and light grain flavor with light summer fruit. Medium bodied. Mineral and malt lingers with light grass and light woodsiness.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours blonde with a thin white head and a floral aroma. There is a strudy caramel malt flavor with mellow citrus hopping. Tasty.

Clear deep yellow with a fizzy white head. Grapefruit and orange aroma and taste with a pungent pine presence and a decent bite.
