3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draught at Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen
Hazy blond color; creamy head. Mild aroma, some apples, very light sushi rice (rice vinegar?). It has some clean malt flavor, light crispness, very light fruitiness (maybe mango and papaya), and a grassy hop character that is quite mild.
Delicate, balanced, but not impressive.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
A - Clear golden-orange color with a finger of frothy white head atop. The head fades slowly leaving behind some nice lacing.
S - Aroma has quite a bit of citrus and tropical hops with some strong pineapple notes. There is just a bit of sweet malt in the background, but the hop really shines here.
T - Starts off with some topical fruit flavors hops with some pineapple flavor coming through with some light bitterness. Through the middle, just a bit of the malt flavor comes through alongside a bit more bitterness and some citrus flavor. The finish is a mix of citrus hops with some bitterness and a bit of a tanginess.
M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a nice lightly dry finish.
D - Very drinkable. Very interesting hop to showcase that seems to deserve some attention because it has a great profile.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On draft at the brewpub. It pours yellow gold with a nice white head. The aroma is lightly citrusy, pretty weak really. The flavor is spritzy and mildly fruity with some tropical notes. Not my favorite hop varietal in this series.
