4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Enjoyed at gabf 2014. It pours with a clear gold body that supports a tan head of foam. The aroma is kind of grassy, a little spicy and some pineapple like notes. The flavor comes across crisp and fresh with firm levels of spicy almost dank hops, pineapple, grapefruit and then it picks up a dash of sweet maltiness as well as this heads into the finish. Nice stuff and a terrific way to start off gabf

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Tap at FWIBF. Pours a hazy orange with slight tan head. Aroma is orange zest, malt and slight corn. Taste is a refreshing hop forward, dry, slightly bitter beer. More of a session IPA. Watery. 3.8 is noticeably weak.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at FWIBF. Pours with a hazy yellow hued body with a white head. Awesomely hoppy aroma of grass, citrusy and some guava. Minimal malt character. Any esters are hidden by hops. Flavors are very fresh, grassy, toasted malt and lots of citrus. Very nicely sessionable. Very solid.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap at Triple Rock. This one pours a nice orange color with a small white head. The aroma is very strong with pine and spruce with some grapefruit citrus. The flavor is awesome with strong grapefruit, light florals and a bitter citrus finish. I want to say this is a grapefruit bomb, but the incredibly silky mouthfeel provides a touch of balance (especially for the ABV). This is on par with some of the best small beers I’ve had.
