COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Deep dark brown-black in color, Stonehenge is a very full bodied, with a heavy roast aroma, (coffee like). Flavor is dominated by roasted barley and some chocolate malt. Oatmeal malt and nitrogen dispensing give it a smooth cascading ’shaving cream’ head. Previously at 7.6%

On tap at the brewery. Chocolate and dark fruit in the aroma. The same in the taste. Low carbonation and an easy drinker for the style.

It has a great cherry undertone to cut the burnt toast of the malt. Great palate and appearance, great depth of flavor. Very well made.

Aroma is malty, musky with underlying coffee and milk chocolate. Flavor is grainy with bitter coffee, a slight sweetness and a bit of underlying sour flavor. Finishes with a lingering oily bitterness.
