Bottle. Hazy golden yellow pour with a white head. Kind of like a saison with a hint of Brett. Lemon zest. A bit of hop zing. Cool beer.

Golden, hazy color, white airy head. Nose: distinct malts in the nose, some yeast in the back. Taste: malts, hops, some hidden citrus. MF: Great hop bitterness, very balanced, long strecht, average carbonation. dry ending. Had this beer before, and did know it was good, but boy, beat me with a stock. Only the nose is holding this little pearl back.

Goudkleurig, troebel, veel koolzuur. Hele mooie witte, plakkerige, vaste kraag die blijft. Citrusfruitig, hoppig aroma. Smaakt naar citrusfruit, gistig. Fris zomerbier met een goede, bittere nasmaak.

Pours a somewhat hazy golden lemon with visible sediment and heavy frothy white head that slowly dissipates. Aroma is earthy with notes of hay, lemon, coriander. Flavor is bread, hay, alcohol. Body is light with very active carbonation. Palate is light and active that leaves mouth clean.

This pours a hazy, golden yellow color with small floaties. The aroma is slightly sour with a yeasty lemon hint. The taste is crisp, foamy, and slightly bitter. You can tell the yeast is very lively as there is amount of carbonation. Fairly decent for what it is, but there are certainly better options as well.

Troebel licht goud, witte kraag. Aroma en smaak mooie combinatie tussen gist, fruitige hop (perzik, ananas) en biscuitjes. Goede carbo. Lekker.

330 ml bottle. BB 13/03/2015. From belgianbeerfactory.com.
I was planning to have a big Grimbergen trappist glass for this to be able to pour it easily... After opening the bottle my plans changed quite rapidly as there was no more use for a big glass... a small Leffe glass was enough. My sink was enjoying almost half of the content of that 330 ml bottle. After that out-of-bottle experience there some was hazy light brown coloured liquid in the glass. The aroma was malty, yeasty and bready. The flavour is hops, mild bitterness, malt, sweetness and some mild yeastiness. Not bad.

10 oz tap pour at Town Hall tap. Appearance is golden with a decent amount of head/lacing. Aroma is piney and refreshing which serves as the prefect precursor to the forthcoming taste. This one is incredibly easy to drink and has a great finish. Refreshing, clean, and crisp. Highly recommended.

hazy gold, oily white top. Cotton candy nose is heavy sugar, buttery with faint booze. Sweet marshmallow flavor, papery bitterness and earth early before lightly vegetal stalk and spent metallic grains finish, sugar gum lingering.
