Heldere gouden kleur, beetje pilsachtig uiterlijk met een goede kraag. Ruikt fruitig, beetje snoep, hop. Smaakt hop, fris zoetig, iets bitter, orange. Iets bittere afdronk.

25.4oz. cork and cage bottle poured into snifter. Slightly hazy straw colored body with a light, bright white head. Smells nicely of lemon, citrus, and a pleasant hint of hops. Tastes of somewhat tart lemon, then balanced by a light malt body and finishes with a nice touch of hops. Overall a wonderful journey of tastes and a recommended beer to try.

33cl. Home-baked malt? Intersting. It is a belgian take on an amero/belgo pale ale, some more modern american style bitterness, nice floral and herbal hops.

Tap at devils advocate. In goblet. Gold with big white head and great lacing. Sweet aroma. Sweet taste balanced with slight bite. Maybe some citrus. Definitely a Belgian flavor to it. Finishes with nice texture and clean.

330 ml bottle into tulip glass, M4TRP bottle code. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy bright gold color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big lemon zest, orange peel, apricot, pear, apple, pepper, herbal, grass, cracker, bread, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, pale malt, and earthy hop notes; with good strength. Taste of lemon zest, orange peel, apricot, pear, apple, pepper, herbal, grass, cracker, bread, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Good amount of earthy yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, orange, apricot, pear, apple, pepper, herbal, grass, cracker, bread, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice complexity and robustness of fruity/spicy yeast, pale malt, and earthy hop flavors; with a great crisp malt/yeast balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium-high carbonation and medium bodied; with a very smooth, crisp, and lightly prickly mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a damn nice Belgian pale ale! All around great complexity and balance of bright and crisp yeast, malt, and earthy hop flavors; and very smooth to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Het is geen slecht bier, maar ik vond er niet veel aan, dan is die van Hell beter.

Light hazy color with thin head. Fresh aroma and very fresh taste. Easy to drink. Maybe a bit too gentle, would like to see how the one from Hell tastes like.
